Insurance & Payments

Everyone deserves affordable health care. With or without insurance, you can always come to us for health care.

I don’t have insurance or Medicaid

If you’re worried about cost, ask us about how you can get health care that fits your budget.

If you do not have health insurance, read about health insurance options to find out how to get more affordable coverage and what to consider when choosing a plan.

I have insurance or Medicaid

We accept many private and public insurance plans. If you don't see your insurance listed, please call us at 850-574-7455.

Services Coverage

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to make sure that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you might have.

Additional Payment Information

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Major Credit/Debit Cards

If you are traveling more than 60 miles for abortion services, you may be eligible for assistance with travel related expenses. For more information, please call 1-800-230-PLAN.

Additional patient resources are available online for this location to help you get the care you need when you need it.

More Information

Appointment Policies and Information

Please check-in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Childcare Policies

We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center. For safety reasons children need to be accompanied by an adult when they’re in the waiting room. Only infants can accompany you to the exam room. Please bring a friend or family member to be with your children if you don’t have childcare at home.

Accessibility Options

We offer services to meet the unique communication needs of patients who may be deaf or hard of hearing. If you or your family member needs these services, let our staff know as soon as you book an appointment. We’re here to help you communicate your health care needs.

Services Offered

You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. Pill pickups are available during open hours.

Specialty Services

You may be able to get your birth control pills mailed to you. Ask the health center staff for more information.

Pills Now Pay Later is available at this health center —a service that allows you to visit us for one appointment and walk out the door with up to a year’s supply of birth control and a convenient, low cost monthly payment plan.

Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Ask the health center staff for more information.
